Tomooh,
the scheme for the finance of small projects by UAE nationals,
has launched a website, according to Sulaiman Al Mazroui,
Tomooh higher committee executive member.
Along
with details on the projects financed by the programme, the
website incorporates details on the contribution of General
Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Crown Prince
and UAE Defence Minister, in Tomooh; summaries on projects
owners and details on the importance of feasibility studies
for the success of the projects.
"The
website has lots of information that will be a guide for young
UAE nationals who want to turn their innovative ideas into
projects through the scheme," said Al Mazroui. "We
want young UAE nationals to find fast information on Tomooh
and they can also recommend their ideas and suggestions through
the website," commented Salah Mohammed Amin, Tomooh director.
"Tomooh
will market small projects through the website and will give
updated information on their activities. Visitors can also
look at the type of approved projects on the website,"
he added.
However,
applications will still have to be forwarded to Tomooh centre
at Emirates International Bank on Al Maktoum Street.
