Financial terms

The total loan assets must not exceed AED 2 M (existing projects)

Al Tomooh will fund up to 90% of the total loan required of Maximum AED: 2 Million for the new projects

• Interest is free for the first 3 years
• Repayment: will start from the 2nd year of the loan disbursement
• Extendable to a maximum of 8 years
